Like there's no contract they gave out in free agency.

You're going to look back and in three years and say, Oh my gosh, that crippled the, the, the cap or even just crippled the roster.

Like there's no Nate Solder albatross that they've added here.

Now I think,

They probably could have been a little more aggressive, honestly.

I think they might have been a little too restrained in some respects here because you do have the rookie quarterback contract, and that window doesn't get extended.

You kind of use it or lose it.

So I'm a little surprised that they have been so disciplined.

I think overall that's a good approach to have, and maybe that's something that Harbaugh brought with him from Baltimore.

Well, I will say even Joe Shane has not spent crazy.

You certainly can find fault with a lot of his moves.

But I'm trying to think.

This is maybe the glaring example I'm thinking of.

He's missed on some free agents or he's overpaid some guys here and there.

But there hasn't been just a crazy overpay, a desperation move that's really hurt them.

And I put Daniel Jones in a different bucket and turned like I'm talking external free agents.

They're changing the identity of the offense with the moves they've made, but they haven't like overpaid to do it.

And again, I think you could probably say if you really wanted to lean into this power offense, probably could have afforded to maybe spend a little more in right guard.
