That's totally understandable.

And then you go like, these kind of go working down through the next guys.

And it's like, I don't think that they thought Wyatt Teller, you know, I think they think he's a player that's in decline.

You know, Mike Bloomgren was the O-line coach in Cleveland last year when he got benched.

And so I understand all that.

Like you, you can't, you don't want to go overestimate yourself.

but you kind of have to overspend in free agency at the same time.

You're not going to get every guy at a Jermaine Illuminor-type bargain, so hopefully maybe the balance is, oh, maybe Darnell Mooney is the steal of free agency, and then you overspend to get Kevin Zeitler by $2 million, but right guard is locked up.

And that still might happen.

That's why...

I'm not trying – you can't criticize anything yet because maybe this is the smartest thing they've done.

They're sitting on their hands, whereas in past years, it's like they're just guns blazing as Susan Frey opens.

Patrick Omame and all these guys are signing on day one that probably would have been available for much cheaper if you were patient.

So this might pay off because there still are some guards out there, obviously –

Regman Roden kind of feels like they're an all-time fallback plan.

So I think they're thinking worst-case scenario, we can probably run him back on the same contract, and our line is no better necessarily, but no worse than last year.

I just kind of would have thought, even to your point there about Dard, it's like, let's not settle for good enough.

Like, oh, it's okay.

I think you probably should have been striving to make it a strength.

And again, they still could.
