There haven't been any extensions that have been reported to this point.

But yeah, I mean, I think obviously we get through the drafts.

I think there's a chance you would see a change then.

But honestly, if you're going to let Shane have a big voice in free agency and the draft, and this is now me, just my own thought process on not what I know Harbaugh's going to do or not do.

If I'm him, let's just run it out now because there's not much more Joe Shane can do to impact the fortunes of the team once you get through the draft.

I mean, like,

53-man decisions, that's going to be John Harbaugh.

I mean, is Joe Shane any better or worse at working the waiver wire and practice squads?

I mean, I guess you could probably say some of the roster.

I'd argue that might be his worst strike.

But, like, roster management stuff on game day, I trust that John Harbaugh will have heavy inputs on that.

Yeah, that way I kind of set myself up there in my Joe Shane's defense, of all things, here.

But I think my point being, like, he can't really drastically alter the fate of the team.

So if I'm John Harbaugh, it's like, all right,

We made it through this three months, unless it's an abject disaster, which I don't think it has been.

I don't think it will be as critical as I've been on Joe Shane.

Like he's not some incompetent fool.

Like, you know, you would come in and work with Dave Gettleman for a week and be like, all right, that guy's got to go.

Joe Shane is going to conduct himself well.
