I'm trying to find a way to get smarter to get inside and tell these people what they need to hear so that they can make a difference.

So I think that's the work to be done, mate.
Storytelling to celebrate our service, reflect on what we did that we should be proud of, and show what good looks like for the young up and comers so they can aim up.
And that's the next step.
It's easy to sort of sledge and we're doing a pretty good job of that.
