So among gamers, there's a lot of excitement for this new one coming out, and that comes out the following week. matched

So within a three-week period, you have three really high-profile shooting games all hitting the market. matched

Battlefield's been lately been coming about every other year. matched

And then, like I said, Red Dead, that game came out in 2010, and it's not really had any kind of sequel or anything since. matched

So to have them all kind of falling together this year in such a small window is actually kind of unusual. matched

It is, and that's the new factor this year because even last fall, you know, Fortnite was just barely... matched

It wasn't, you know, I think it was growing in popularity, but it wasn't anywhere near what it was, what it is right now. matched

So that's an entirely new factor. matched

Now, that's been something that, you know, the game publishers have been looking at all year because, you know, ever since the first of this year, it's been, you know, the playing has been growing phenomenally. matched

A lot of people are playing, you know, the argument tends to fall between, you know, is Fortnite just bringing this big mass of new young gamers in the market and not really taking matched

some of these existing ones, or is it? matched

I think the truth is a little bit of both. matched

I think there's kind of a big new audience with Fortnite, but it's also, I know for a fact, it's incredibly popular with gamers who actually do play some of these other games. matched
