It's well known in economic circles, once you start going over 25% of GDP of government spending, you actually fuel inflation.
So they need to have a careful look at that, and they are.
The other thing they can do, there's an instant asset write-off whereby small businesses can buy equipment they need and take it as a tax deduction immediately if it's up to about $20,000.
We would like to see that made permanent.
That's a really easy thing to do.
It doesn't cost the government anything over the longer term.
And it means, for example, in those regional communities,
that the farmers can go and buy that piece of equipment that they need.
It's great for productivity and it doesn't really have a negative impact on the economy.
There's still school shortages out there, so a lot of businesses ironically aren't optimised and aren't as productive as they could be.
So we'd like the government to be having a look at skilled migration too.
And then, like this is a stretch goal, Natasha, but more wholesale tax reform would be good to be looked at one day.
