We have the type of player that we like to recruit in terms of the character, in terms of the makeup that's going to fit our culture.

And then we've got a player with a specific skill set that we like.

So I think, you know, you lose a guy like an Alex Caravan and, um, you know, you're, you're going into portal and you're, you're really hoping to find some traits and some attributes that are similar.

And, and, um,

You know, so that leads you to a Nick Hamina, who is not the same player, but, you know, is similar body type, really smart player, really skilled player, really versatile player.

But he's got, you know, a similar archetype to an Alex Carabin.

So, yeah, you end up zeroing in on that type of player

four, three, three, four, that fits a lot of what you like to do, especially at the offensive end of the court.

You know, when you know you've got this void at center, you lose Tarris to the NBA and you lose Eric Riber to the portal.

You know, you're looking for what do we do at center?

Well, we like to have an ass kicking, big, physical, deep post up, big time screening, rolling.

rim protecting, rebounding, physically dominant center like a Sunogo, like a Taris Reid, which leads us to Najai Hines.
