And so the fact that some farmer who, like I've heard stories, I told you the conversation earlier about my buddy's dad, Vietnam vet.

That farmer, a major company in the 90s came up to him, opened up a briefcase of money and said, we want to buy your property right now.

He told them to go fuck themselves, shut the door.

And he goes, I worked too hard.

on this, building this property, working this property, you know, putting my faith in God for my crops to grow every single year, to let someone come in and just do that, kick everybody else out that uses my property.

And then he dies and the kids sell it to a non-resident.

Okay.

So that is going to snowball and continue to happen unless

Some of these landowners are like, you know what?

I no longer am interested in big giant antlers.

I'm more interested in making it like giving access to people who want to try hunting or that.

But that's not happening.

I don't think that'll ever happen.
