And I had one scene with her and we really bonded.

And I thought she was hysterically funny and really sharp.

And her comedy is so specific.

And I was coming up with the idea for the show and I wanted it to be a brother and sister duo thing.

And I always think it's important if you're going to be writing for a character that is outside of your lived experience to authenticate it by way of a different voice.

And so I invited Rachel in to help me flesh out the character of Morgan and to authenticate the character.

fascinating to to see her eyes on this idea yeah and i think it brought this kind of vitality and um i don't know i i love her so much and she's a hard worker and we just got along and the writing came so easily um the collaboration was so effortless

She's worked really hard for it.

And made it look effortless.
