What's the difference?

Is there anything I should be looking out for?

Is one more suitable to one type of investor versus another?

And it can be quite overwhelming.

Like, yeah, like a lot of these firms, they would be targeting, quote unquote, the average investor.

And that's especially true for a lot of the platforms who allow you to invest with really small amounts.

That's kind of a recent innovation that wasn't always possible.

And a lot of the investing platforms still actually don't let you invest with

as little as one euro is the marketing term that they like to use.

You know, trade in 212 is a good example of that.

Trade Republic is also a good example of that.

They let you do the one euro thing.

They let you invest with as little as one euro.

And the reason why that's interesting is because, you know, you could, let's just take Microsoft stock.

I'm not sure what the exact quote of Microsoft stock is today, but I would imagine it's in the region of a couple of hundred dollars, maybe like $400 or so.

So historically, if you wanted to buy

or invest in Microsoft, you would have to have enough money to buy at least one share, which could be, you know, $400, whatever it is.

Nowadays, though, through the advent of what's called fractional share investing, you can come along and you can invest a quid in a lot of these companies.

Now, sometimes it's not worthwhile actually doing that, simply because a lot of the investing platforms may have a minimum fee, like,

let's say a euro or two euro to invest anyway.
