So I have to learn to let go and really self-evaluate where am I focusing my time?

As an example, one of my friend owns a dental clinic and he called me the other day because he was like, hey man, I need to restructure my life. I got to understand this drip matrix. And I asked him what was going on. And he explained to me the biggest challenge, his bottleneck was he doesn't have enough staff. That's your 5%.
