now, I don't know about you, Eliza, but I have to, if I'm being honest, I have like a stereotype in my mind of what former communist countries look like, and it's generally gray and concrete.

I love Iran.

Quick aside.

So it's like a salty yogurt drink.

First time I had it was in Berlin alongside a kebab.

And like people want to pair food and wine.

This was the best food and drink pairing I ever had

meat kebab and the salty Iran beverage.

But that aside, I love that in Bulgaria they're having for breakfast a yogurt filled pastry with a yogurt drink chaser.
