And the other point I found compelling about Patrick's argument is he basically said in all these special elections that we've had so far, Republicans really haven't been able to sort of up the stakes and make voters feel like there's a lot at stake in this election.
And in Virginia, they were able to do that because they made it seem like, you know, you could lose your voice and your district forever.
And so once you get closer to the actual midterms and everything's nationalized, as you said, and the stakes are higher and they're spending,
