get out after the windscreen is kind of cracked where i'm in the front so i've busted that open bit with my head and my wrist so my whole arm kind of collapses and i break my wrist a couple of times and you know after an event like that you you kind of shell shocked me like i'm all good you know so i'm sitting there getting checked out like everything's fine don't worry about me and they're like what about all this and this and these little marks like it's little red marks nothing and then the red mark got bigger and bigger and bigger i'm like oh man

I've really done a mischief here.

Yeah, I broke my wrist in a couple of different ways.

But we ended up getting offered a payout, which was either have your medical bills looked after for life for this exact reason here.

We'll take care of that.

That's option A. Option A. Or option B, $5,000.

And you went for option B?

Well, I'm 16, so I went headfirst into option B. I'm no looking back.

I'm like, $5,000?

I couldn't even imagine what that looked like at that point.

And I had always dreamt of having a pair of turntables and especially a pair of Technics 1200s.

And I knew for a fact that they're about $1,500 each.

So I could get two of those if I do that and maybe a really cheap mixer.

And then if I save on that, I could buy a microphone from Tandy Electronics.

They've got a $15 clear red one there.

I know it.

And I'm going.

So I took my money and I never looked back.
