And me and my friend created a cool little environment to make a mess first and then make music second.

So how did this then lead you into starting the band Funk Wars, which, like I said, is still remembered and loved to this day?
I love those guys desperately.
I met Hansen first.
I was at Hackham South Primary School, which is a area in Adelaide, which at that time wasn't too crash hot with opportunities.
We lived in the exact same street.
I mean, like the same area.
We had nothing in common besides no friends.
So me and him were just like inseparable since that.
And I started to find a community online because I didn't know of any people in Adelaide that liked hip-hop music.
I didn't think anyone in Australia liked hip-hop music.
And I got given a cassette tape one day.
And one side of it was Wu-Tang Clan.
And the other side of it was an EP called Back Once Again by the Hilltop Woods.
And I'd never heard that music with that accent before.
The Australian accent.
The Australian accent.
More than that, the suburban Australian accent.
