President Trump says an agreement with Iran, including the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, is largely negotiated, but the document needs finalization.

In an early morning social media post, President Trump said Saturday evening's fatal shooting near the White House is another reason why a new ballroom needs to be constructed, he says, because of national security concerns.

One man is dead after the Secret Service shot him as he approached a checkpoint and fired numerous shots.

A bystander was also wounded.
