President Trump says an agreement with Iran, which includes opening the critical Strait of Hormuz, is, in his words, largely negotiated.

But the memorandum of understanding still needs finalization.

Iran reports the draft is a framework agreement for more negotiations.

The agreement calls for the U.S.

to end the blockade of Iranian ports and for two months of negotiations on the status of Iran's nuclear program.
