The ongoing government shutdown continues to cause major disruptions for the nation's air travel system.

The aviation tracking system, FlightAware, says there have been more than 650 cancellations and 2,800 delays just so far this weekend.

Airports at major hubs, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles International, and Denver, claim the most cancellations.

This is a growing number of controllers calling sick because of the government shutdown.
