The already tight capacity in the North American trucking industry could get even tighter in the coming days as law enforcement and safety officials in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada next week conduct high-level safety inspections May 12-14.
As a result of these scheduled inspections, many long-haul truck drivers say they plan to take part of next week off.
