So he was out in California and he started putting in applications at places that you put in applications when you're 18 years old.

Then when you go out and get a job, no matter how bad it sucks or whatever, when you get that first paycheck and it's your money and you can do whatever you want with it, nobody can tell you what to do with your money, another sense of freedom that you learn. When me and my sister were kids, so I had a single mom. She was a nurse. She worked all the time. She worked overtime and all that stuff.
