He's living at home with his parents and maybe grandma, but he's acting as a caregiver to everyone.
He could be just in over his head, caring for his parents, supporting them potentially financially in some ways, caring for grandma.
This guy could be burnt out.
He could be depressed.
He could be unmotivated.
To me, I'm like jumping from careers, going through an apprenticeship and then quitting last minute.
It seems like maybe he's just super unmotivated or just lost or something.
Honestly, maybe he's got undiagnosed ADHD and he can't stick to something because of the lack of motivation.
Like there seems like there's bigger issues going on with him and it is not your job to fix it.
You've made the recommendations of like, hey, get therapy, maybe get evaluated.
But if he's not willing to help himself, there's not much you can do at this point.
There are free resources out there.

There's another agency that someone just messaged me about and I'm forgetting it.
I'm gonna research it and I'll put it in the comments, but there's multiple other organizations out there that offer free resources for people to get help, especially if he's dealing with caregiver burnout.
