So in some cases with some patients verbalizing what they're angry about is going to be incredibly therapeutic.
And in some cases, with some patients, verbalizing what they're angry about is going to have a bedpan thrown at your head, right?
And so this is why we have to go through steps one and two before we can get to that step three about how do we be therapeutic, right?

And he was livid.

But when he looked me in the eyes and he said, you really hurt me.
You let me down.
That was very hard for me.
