We're actually refinancing a couple of properties right now.

Bridge loans come in due.

That's tough stuff for a lot of people right now.

So I would say right now is the time to refinance if you're looking to do it because we're getting some really good deals from the banks that we're talking to.

Part of it is the bridge loan.

If you're watching real estate and you know what's going on, a lot of these bridge loans are coming due.
