Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer fatally shot a Mexican immigrant who the Department of Homeland Security says was trying to evade arrest at a traffic stop in Texas yesterday morning.
DHS said Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was in the country illegally and that the ICE officer was acting in self-defense after Araujo attempted to ram his vehicle in Houston.
