Um, and I think a lot of the business development stuff that we were doing was like focused on the kind of thing that we had done historically.
Um and it feels like th the demand for that has just fallen off a cliff.
Uh and it could be that what they actually need is just butts and seats, but very often what they actually need is help with uh making better architectural decisions.
They need help with their product processes, and what we would end up selling them was some sort of like combination of butts and seats plus product plus CTO uh good opinions.
And I I would add to that also that there's a f phenomenon, like it took me a second to wrap my head around this, but we uh um how do you say?
So we have a strongly held belief that it's like AI is a power tool that must be wielded.
by like a skilled crafts person.
You know, it's like just merely just because you have power tools doesn't mean you know how to build a house.
Like you still hire good contractors to build your house for you.
Um and that's still something we believe.
Um the tricky thing is that like even if that is a hundred percent true, a lot of people who are decision makers
don't yet believe the truth.
