You know, it was like the decision kind of made itself.

I've talked to younger PMs who are like, this market is like it's crazy because again, to the thing about the headlines, is like by the numbers, there are more PM job postings than there have ever been in history.
And every PM I talk to is like, dude, this interview market sucks so bad.
Like I'm having a terrible time.
Yeah.
Well, and at a couple of the m at two different companies that I talked to when I talked to the recruiter, they were like, We don't even call them PMs anymore.
We call everyone like a builder now, you know?
Where they're like But I'd like basically it's like so that was the other one of the other things that was interesting was like everyone seeing where everyone is on AI stuff.
I talked to one company who I heard this story.
This is crazy.
I won't say who they are so I don't get this person into trouble.
But I know a software developer over there who's she's awesome.
And I used to work with her.
And she I was like, How are uh how are you guys with like the whole AI psychosis thing?
