Well, uh I'm I don't assume that it is only the US.
But you know, if one were to make an argument as to why the US might have been preferred to have these conversations, it's because we were in nineteen sixty four, we're still the kind of overwhelming uh military power on the planet.

sixty three, uh sixty three, up until at least the assassination in November, uh, you know, John Kennedy and Khrushchev were actively engaged in the very conversation through the secret letters they were exchanging in disassembling the nuclear warheads of both of those military powers.
Uh uh and then Kennedy is killed right, you know
y he's killed in November of of sixty three.
The the landing at Holliman happened, uh I think it's around April of nineteen sixty four.
You know, I mean that th those are those are close together.
Uh and you would assume that one of the very first issues of conversation on the part of the ET being
As it has been in many, many different encounters with the ETBs, it would have been the issue of nuclear weapons.
They would have they would have broached that subject that you guys had better be careful here.
You know, you gotta do something about disarming and and not having these nuclear weapons.
Uh that that I would have I've always assumed that that would have to have been one of the first orders of business of the uh of the E T s uh when he th th it was clearly by some kind of prearrangement.
You know, I mean the when you get the three cr three UFOs coming and hovering over the over the tarmac and nobody shoots at them or shoots them down or anything, but you have uniformed, you know, Air Force officers go out onto the tarmac to meet the guy coming out of the craft, and you have the two civilian guys uh there that apparently are CIA people, you know, that's clearly there's some kind of pre-arrangement.
uh that has caused that to happen.
So there's some form of communication that is taking place even before the face to face uh at Holoman.

And you assume if they have the one face to face, they might logically have had an additional uh number of face-to-face communications with them.
And we've got uh testimony of numerous people of being in a situation where US military and scientific personnel are physically in the presence of ETs.
