Well it's it's it's not clear, Andy, that one of the one of the primary questions that has to be asked is is what is the what is the juridical uh relationship with each other that these beings have?
We we recognize these different species and uh I'm I'm just assuming that the different species each represent a the pinnacle of kind of
uh evolution on their own particular planet, you know, in their own particular star system.
I mean it's possible that that you know there are is more than one planet in a given star system in our galaxy that has a a highly advanced species, you know, but my my sense is that they're probably from different star systems.
I mean I know that that uh

T being that was being interviewed at s at S four, that he said that he was part of a cadre of uh beings from different star systems here in our galaxy, uh that were working together in a coordinated way.
That so that the the question the question that is posed is uh you know, what is their relationship with each other?

Some kind of a federation?
Is there some kind of a co coalition of people?
Well, I I think the Galactic Federation is a uh is the is a concept that has been developed uh more by the UFO kind of amateur uh uh uh uh diplomacy people, uh more than the the professional uh diplomats.
Uh there there's there's no there's no revelation uh
of any kind from official circles that there is such a centralized, you know, developed uh federation of any sort.
Uh it's just an idea, uh and it's a science fiction idea.
And we have we have to be careful because we saw what happened with like L.
Ron Hubbard.

Ron Hubbard, you know, uh, the kind of founder of the Church of Scientology started out writing science fiction books, you know, and uh and then finally he said, Oh, you know, I've gotten so effective in kind of weaving this kind of reality in my science fiction books that let's kind of uh drink our own Kool-Aid and pretend it's true, you know.
And then he he actually went over into kind of gathering a whole bunch of acolytes around him uh that he convinced that this was true.
