Our our position is is that you know this is something that needs to be shared with the whole world, uh and with the American public, because the American public has a a constitutional responsibility.
uh if we're going to preserve democracy on the planet to exercise our authority as the citizenry to get access to this information to put pressure on our elected representatives primarily our c our House of Representatives members and our senators to do their job for them to get briefed on all of this information.
They're the ones that need to know about what's going on here.
So they can make policy uh as to what the protocols are going to be pursuant to which we pursue our our more lasting relationship with the extraterrestrial uh civilization and the and the species that are there.
how to figure out, you know, uh what the what the juridical structures are of these five species or so that we most commonly recognize as coming to our planet, you know, that that just to to wade into this, you know, uh kind of slashing and burning like Trump might do, uh, you know, is is probably not the best way to go about doing this.
Uh but I I fully I fully
respect uh all their efforts uh to appeal to uh uh ostensibly the better nature of trump if they think he's got one uh to tr try to do this.
But I don't I don't trust Trump.
I don't trust uh you know uh Pete Heggseth, you know.
Uh I mean uh uh the other the other people that are involved in his cabinet, I don't trust them to do
The right thing with this information or to adopt the proper procedure.
So uh, you know, I I believe that what needs to be done, as as you know, I believe that uh as I've been asked to do, to prepare a federal criminal racketeering act complaint, uh, to lodge it with the Justice Department.
in hope that we can get the Justice Department, despite the fact that it's under the the whip hand now of Donald Trump uh and his private criminal defense attorney.
uh that now runs the Justice Department, that we could get uh a process started within the Justice Department so that the a as we approach the election here in the United States, which is only like about 70 days away now,
You know, that that it could become some kind of an issue with regard to the people that are getting elected to the House of Representatives, uh, and to the uh to the Senate to take a serious uh uh run at getting control over this process.
That that's what really needs this the the power has to be shifted into the Congress.
To assign uh to assign a uh a congressionally selected and congressionally overseen review board to review all of this information uh that the executive branch has uh and the private aerospace corporations have.
And it has to be extracted from them, which means that this committee that is set up by Congress has to have subpoena power.
They have to be willing to follow through with contempt of Congress if the if the people don't respond to their subpoenas, uh and they need to be willing to punish some people, you know, uh to make it clear that that they're not going to get away with this thing.
You know, uh none of that is going to happen over on the executive side uh branch.
