And so that whole group of people, uh, these uh 30-year admirals and generals and and uh chief officials of the uh intelligence uh agencies of the United States, primarily the Central Intelligence Agency, uh, if they're lifelong uh career members of the CIA.

These people believe that's their mission.

And what they have done is they have persuaded the people who are elected in Congress

Primarily initially in the Senate.
