We cannot give in to that.
We cannot we who believe in the Constitution, we who believe in the higher values that our our pr our Constitution is pregnant with.
You know, need to need to hold fast here.
And we have to have our constitutional structures work.
We've got to we've got to empower the Congress of the United States, which means we've got to empower those other members of the House of Representatives that don't sit on the NASA don't sit on the Intelligence Committee and don't sit on the Armed Services Committee, uh, and the this United States Senators that haven't been dragged into that mire.
and and bought into that memo, you know, we've got to empower these people to take over and to assert themselves under the Constitution.
And there's a very simple rule here.
Article one that created the con created the Congress of the United States.
Article one, section eight.
Clause fourteen explicitly states that the Congress of the United States has the authority and the duty to set all rules and regulations governing all of the military forces of the United States.
That means they're in charge of the classification decisions.
And there's a half a dozen major United States Supreme Court cases that make that clear that that any authority that resides anywhere in the executive branch to classify any piece of information is completely derivative of the decisions of Congress.
And so the Congress of the United States has to assert its authority under Article One, Section Eight, you know, Clause 14, to set the rules governing this the classification of this UFO information.
And they've got to include themselves in.
on having that information.
They can't be confronted in a hearing by Lou Elizondo telling uh Eric uh Burleson in public that I'm not going to tell you.
You know, I I the gatekeepers the the gatekeepers inside the executive branch have the authority to threaten me.
If I tell you what it is I know.
Okay, you cannot under our constitution allow a structure like that to remain in place.
That this has to be addressed by Congress.
