You know, but he he hastens to point out that it doesn't mean that doesn't mean that it won't be done.

You know, uh just because it hasn't been done yet, uh because they have the authority to do it.

So my my sense is that uh that there and they are every single one of them is conditioning anybody participating in the review panel, whether you call it a uh a uh a UAP uh records review board.

Created by Congress or a governance board appointed by the president with no input whatsoever from Congress, that that as long as you have to take a security oath asserting that people from above you can criminally punish you if you reveal information that you're going to be given, uh you are fundamentally compromised.

Okay.

And so so what we have to do is we have to have we have to have a panel uh that is created by the Congress.

That has been given the authority by Congress, which they possess, you know, under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 14, to have access to the information.

And these people have to make their judgments.

And so I would think that what we need is elected representatives from Congress to sit on that panel.

panel uh and make these decisions.

That's not to say that you don't have one or two of the members of this panel be from the intelligence committee or the armed services committee.

Because they've got certain kinds of expertise that they could bring to any kind of analysis.

But you can't have the committee controlled by these people.

You know, and that's exactly what the executive branch is trying to do right now with this so called governance uh uh uh board that they've got.

You know, nobody even knows who they are.

You know, I mean everybody talks about oh well, you know, Avi Loeb has been uh made uh uh the authority to gather together a scientific advisory committee to this governance panel.

You don't even know who they are.

I mean, that's how bad it is, you know.

And so what, we're supposed to agree to that?

You know, that's crazy because they're going to appoint the exact same people that have been lying and and deceiving the people uh for years.
