I get a lot in the morning sun.

I get a lot in naked sun time.

where at the creek uh on my deck the naked part got it okay i guess you're in like an apartment yeah i create a fort oh okay a fort of towards the sun blanket yeah it's like the sun once the sun's like banging the deck it is like nine it's probably sometimes 110 or 120 degrees on the deck itself yeah so i play some play and it's thin uv layer here

So then that's, but I usually get right at, I wake up, I go to the Creek.

I guess I like to get morning sun right in my eyes very first thing.

And I feel like that's what creates, um, I haven't used any sunscreen this year that I can remember.

Maybe I use some zinc in San Diego when I was surfing on my nose, but I use the tallow and then I've stopped showering.

I mean, I dip in the creek like 30 times a day in the summer.

So if I smell, then it's probably something else outside my skin.

Yeah, that's basically what I've noticed.

All right, so when I showered in Boulder, I was starting to be concerned about how much tallow I was using.

And I was like, my body is just craving something on my skin.

And I realized, wait a minute.

Am I like washing off my protection every night with this like fluoride water?
