And why is that?

I think attention training is really important.
What's called mindfulness is actually training attention to the present so that you're more aware of the situation, of your own reaction to the situation.
I think that's where you have to start.
Oh, the Dalai Lama.
Actually, the thing that I kept handy to tell you about is this picture of the Dalai Lama because I'm a fan.
The person I want to be when I grow up is a Dalai Lama because I've seen him in many, many situations.
I've known him for 30 years.
I wrote a book with him for his 80th birthday called A Force for Good.
And I think he really is that.
And I admire that about him.
I feel that he encourages people to be helpful, to find people in need, to help relieve suffering, all of that, which appeals to me enormously.
So I see him as a real model.
Actually, I met the Dalai Lama through a friend of mine named Robert Thurman.
He was the first Westerner to become a Tibetan monk.
