Many, many people today are actually overstressed.
What is making you so stressed?
Maybe you, too, need more support in what you do.
Maybe you need someone you trust who's a scout who finds the people that you interview.
So, in other words, one question to ask yourself is, how could I get more support?
How could I make this easier?
for ourselves, then the other question is, and how can I manage my own reaction to the situation?
And I think both are needed because on the one hand, you've created a wonderful thing for people, but it stresses you to some extent.
And to the extent it stresses you, there are two avenues to approach it.
One is, as I said, get more support.
The other is to manage your reaction to it.
For example, that attention training exercise that I told you about also makes people more calm.
It makes them better able to handle stress.
You might try it.
So resilience comes down to being in a stressful situation and not being stressed out.
Is that resilience?
So that you can keep going, do your best under pressure.
And I really feel that building a kind of
Mental capital is very important, mental and emotional capital, so that when you run into those stressful moments, you handle it well.
And I would encourage you to find something you can do daily that you enjoy.
