I imagine that there are a lot of people leaders listening to this that maybe are about to enter into a phase of MA and maybe it's their first time ever going through this process.
And I'm sure they have a lot of questions and they're probably reaching out to their network and asking that one people leader that they know has seen it and done it several times.

So you've mentioned the the listening groups and the pulses that you're you're getting out through the company and just like having your site leaders give you updates on how things are going.
Are these when you say tracking and monitoring, is this what you're referring to or is there anything else that you guys No, I mean there we do a ton.
What is that?
I don't even know what that's exactly right.
Something we've noticed on the podcast is that a lot of HR teams are operating in reaction mode.
A process breaks.
A form is missing.
Payroll needs fixing.
Somebody's onboarding gets delayed.
And before you know it, the entire week gets consumed by operational work.
