And this was actually a recent promotion as of two weeks ago, so congrats.
And so in preparation for today's discussion, um I had the chance to meet with all of them, and Brandon shared this framework for what it means to be a good manager, and I loved it.
He said great managers need to do three things really well.
One, provide clarity, two, allocate resources, and three, develop their people.
