That's QuickBooks.com slash workforce.
And so when you refer to the ambiguity, what are what are some examples that you're hearing from the team where there could be a little bit more clarity?
And so Brandon, on the on the skill development front, I think we first had you on the podcast like three years ago or two years ago, and you talked about how Wade called a code red and had everybody do a one week hackathon where everybody was going into the tools.
And it feels like over the last couple of years, everybody's done some version of that, whether it's a hackathon or like a weekly
uh show and tell of what they've built.
And so I'm curious at at at Zapier, what's what's the journey look like?
How how has that evolved over the the past couple of years and what's what's the most recent iteration of how people are picking up these new skills?
Yeah, the other week somebody brought up that
through these hackathons or these company wide mandates, they've done a really good job of driving adoption and now they're at a point of like, okay, so what?
Like how do we connect this to something that really matters?
And so I remember
Again, I'm going back to this episode three years ago, but it was so good.
I think we were talking about the secondment program that Zapier had and how there were three different business drivers that you were connecting it to.
And so you were mapping these skills back to these three different pathways.
And I'm curious for all three of you guys, is that how you're thinking about your AI strategy?
have maybe two or three big drivers and instead of just pushing out this company wide mandate like more AI, let's focus it in on these two or three things.
What I'm hearing is
The fundamentals of what makes a good manager or what makes a manager a great manager largely have remained the same.
And now managers just have to make more decisions.
So instead of maybe one or two big decisions a week, it's like one every single day.
