I know that somebody broke in and stabbed these two people, but I don't really know anything else.
Dad and mom split when you were pretty young.
And then mom basically left, abandoned you or your family.
Yeah, for like three or four months.
And she just kind of randomly turned up again.
It was actually my kindergarten teacher.
Doing the kind of work that I do, there's, I see a lot of people who have had lives that are just devastating, devastated by all sorts of things.
I mean, from combat veterans in Afghanistan and Iraq who come back and they have these nightmares and they're haunted.
We see those and we see them do just some horrible things because they just want the pain to stop.
They need someplace to go where they can feel something besides what they're feeling.
Yeah, it's a way to escape, get some temporary relief.
