Do you want to maybe kind of, who is he?

Why are Egress so important?

I mean, for me, it was a fascinating discussion from someone who really has his finger on the pulse on things, all those things here in Ireland.

And a lot of work with Ishgairan, I think, as well.

And I thought he gave, this is someone, you know, what a lot of these UK and Ireland bosses, you know, Paddy Land may not be high up on the agenda, but he seems to have a very, very sharp insight as to all things Irish.

I mean, he clearly comes here a lot.

He's clearly well versed with the kind of the political landscape, but also the, I suppose, the strengths and weaknesses of the country.

I thought one of the most compelling parts of the interview is when you were talking about

I think you asked him the question, like, how do we fare vis-a-vis Spain or France or whatever that, and he was able to give a very, what I thought, a very compelling answer as to where we're good and where we're not good.

Yeah.

But I just, again, struck me as someone who is clearly very, very clever and just as interested in getting stuff done.

And I thought as well, he gave very real answers to say even the attracting, the attraction of staff into, say, Ireland to do these projects and housing is a big, big problem.

And just to put Egress in terms of scale, 26,000 employees, 3 billion turnover.

I mean, this is a big, big company.

This is not small fry.

You're talking one of the big players here.
