In America, I know that if you have health insurance and or money, you can kind of get people to order whatever tests you ask your family doctor to order for you.
But here, if you have a cough...
The NHS will just throw you out, next person, next person.
There's no way you can get to be sent to, like, a cardiologist.
You'll never see them until you have that heart attack.
