what actually happened actually word for word now because I can't imagine myself delivering this news if it's going to be the end and this heart is not and there's no transplant and this heart is failing what do you say because I imagine you're one of the best people someone could have in that situation what do you actually tell yeah so you know first of all

Then you have to leave.

Like, I'm sure they take the news well when you're there and you say you're with them and so forth.
But then you're actually not because you have other stuff to do.
