These agencies are designed to help parents and also take control away from parents where they're failing.
But definitely the parents do have a significant chunk of responsibility.
And the judge is really clear.
It is A, parents' responsibility, B, agencies avoiding any responsibility for the risk, as Judith was talking about.
I think the concern is that
The judge is really cautious about this because obviously he doesn't want people to draw the conclusion that like all people who have an autism spectrum diagnosis, you know, are a risk to the public because that blatantly isn't the case and shouldn't be the case in this case.
