That's something from an underwriter perspective that we look at every day.

You know, what's changed in the operation that you're not just kicking that can down the road?

So we see people giving up, you know, leasing poor farmland.

We see, you know, whether they're transitioning out of a certain industry.

Yeah, that's right.

You know, one of the things, it wasn't in the conversation that we had beforehand, but something that I would put out there for all producers is take a look at your family living.

You know, there's a lot of folks out there that when grain prices... Man, you just pissed off a lot of people.

When they were high, we were out there buying...

Boats and RVs and things like that.

And that's fine.

I'm not against any of that stuff.

But when times get tight and you're looking at your break even and, you know, you've got your machinery cost in there, your labor cost, maybe we have an extra guy that we don't need anymore.

But that family living, it's a really sensitive topic to bring up.

But I do think for producers, it's a good exercise to see because a lot of times you can lose track of it.
