Yes, and he made various complaints about them, including not having been awarded a solicitor of the month and sort of things like this.
So that sort of appeared to have led to them sort of stepping back, which was a huge problem because they're there to protect people who use solicitors and they themselves seemed unable to deal with threats they'd received.
