Their factories run on coal.
Um, we pay 17 cents per kilowatt hour for electricity in America.
That's high.
We were paying around 12 cents for a decade.
So that's that forty, fifty percent increase that we've seen in electricity prices.
China pays four.
And the reason why they pay four is because they one, they take
Their grid very seriously, and they have a tremendous amount of coal reserves.
They also buy a ton of coal from Australia, and they run their entire grid on electricity.
We could run our entire grid, I'm sorry, on coal.
We could run our entire electric grid on coal.
Um, but this is where the climate movement has done amazing inroads to make coal the villain, and we've foregone a lot of our coal.
