spinach, lentils, tofu. So I just had to make sure I was eating a lot of plant based sources of iron. And also I had an iron supplement as well that I added into my diet. So but he was healthy. I had a wonderful pregnancy. He was always there like he's measuring two weeks ahead. He's going to be a big baby. So it is possible to be vegan when pregnant. It again just has to be well planned.
