Like that's just not my thing.

So um I do have I'm in network with I get this question a lot.

So I'm gonna volunteer the information.

I'm in network with one insurance company.

Uh I do not intend on being a network with any more.

Uh I'm in network with one insurance company that works that and I did some research and I knew I knew because I've because I've kind of worked in this area a while, like I kind of I kind of knew the reimbursement.

Like I'm not even gonna lie.

So I kinda already knew like which ones what you know, yeah, you know what I mean.

or even just experiences like there's a a girl um that i'm friends with she has a private practice a few towns away and she told me an insurance company she was in network with and and i asked her i said have you had a good experience and she was like uh no they they want like

Twenty years worth of paperwork.

They take six months to pay you.
