It's it's clean, it's nice.
I have I have my one it's like a good size therapy room.
And that was because when I first started some of the other places I was looking at, I mean, I was like, I can't a lot of these were like nine thine hundred to a thousand dollars a month.
And just like we said.
So I'm not, I don't wanna do that.
That's just gonna put so much pressure on me.
And again, I calculated how many kids do I need to see to at least pay to pay my bills.
Because uh for my particular location, and this is also a little nugget for that insurance company.
You have to have a physical, some sort of physical location to be a network with them.
So cause my original plan was to do purely home visits.
I I love home and some people don't.
I love home visits.
I still do them, but I had to have some sort of physical location to get a network with that company.
And so it it does end up working out because I have I have my after school appointments for my kids that come to me for dyslexia intervention.
And it works out for that because I those those spots are like gold, those after school spots.
And so it allows me it allows me to see them back to back versus if I were driving, if I were driving at that time during traffic time, I'd probably I'd probably honestly only be able to get to one kid, maybe two.
Whereas for my after school slots, I have four to three slots for after school and those I see in my office.
And during the day, um, I do a lot of work with the state's early intervention program.
It's called Early Steps in Louisiana.
I love it.
