Well, of course I could not do that.

My knees have really never been the same.

It's okay, I get I can do everything, but it never was

But if I'd done all those exercises six hours a day, five to six hours a day, my knee would undoubtedly be a lot better.

And it would have been a lot better.

It is but that's the kind of effort you have to put in.
